Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Naples. My experience at this beautifully designed and exceptionally friendly hotel was fantastic. Location: the venue was just off many mini markets and restaurants and bars, and all historical places. There were a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like i Dduje Scugnizzi that was only 10 minutes' walk away...

Everything was very good, excellent location very close to everything by foot, the staff were friendly. Booked double room, that was provided with tea machine, a lovely bathroom, as example. Location: the hotel was close enough to the center, many restaurants and coffee shops nearby as shops too and the main streets and restaurants. It was next to Trattoria Medina, where you can have dinner.

The room was compact, besides it had an electric kettle and glassware, just in case. It was based in new building in a marvellous location, close to most places.

We had a fantastic stay at Napoli Visit Home for 4 nights. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had great sound insulation. The staff, especially Simone, were helpful and friendly. The location was ideal, with all tourist points within walking distance and plenty of great, affordable restaurants nearby. The room had all the amenities we needed, including complimentary coffee, tea, and high-quality toiletries. We would definitely choose Napoli Visit Home again if we return to Naples.

The location in a beautiful area was great and there were a market and little stores nearby. We dined at a particularly good nearby restaurant with local dishes.

Spaccanapoli and Galleria Umberto are just a stone's throw away, perfect for shopping enthusiasts who want to shop till they drop. The air-conditioned rooms were a lifesaver in the scorching summer heat, making us feel like we were chilling in the Arctic. Adding to the convenience, each room came equipped with a coffee machine that was like having a personal barista at our disposal. We felt like secret agents with the safety deposit box, storing our valuables under lock and key. The flat-screen TV provided a cinematic experience, and the private bathroom with a bidet made us feel like royalty. Trust me; this place had all the bells and whistles!

The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a beautiful area, near the main streets, Piazza del Plebiscito and the Toledo. We had functional, beautifully maintained room with tea, tea machine, as for instance. The location was good, a 10-15 minute walk from a medieval fortress.

Fantastic location, outstanding communication, late check-in arranged, helpful manager, taxi transfer option, reasonable cost.

The host was extremely helpful and organized throughout our stay. He provided us with great recommendations for food and activities in the city, and even helped us book a taxi to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to find fresh bottles of water in the fridge. The location was fantastic, with easy access to transportation, shops, and restaurants. It was very convenient for exploring the city.

There was construction happening on the ground floor, which was a bit disruptive and noisy during our stay. We only received one bath towel for our two-night stay, it would have been nice to have an extra one.
